– Your transaction and payment information. When you make a donation, we collect certain financial information about you including the date and time of the donation, the amount of the donation and other transaction details. Under no circumstances is your credit card information known to BLOOM when you make an online donation. This confidential data is processed automatically and only via the secure online payment management programme Iraiser, Gocardless or Paypal. Under no circumstances should you communicate your credit card details in any other way.

All our data files comply with the recommendations of the CNIL and French legislation.

No personal information is collected without your knowledge.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act N°78-17 of 6 January 1978 (Loi Informatique et Libertés N°78-17 du 6 janvier 1978), by contacting the BLOOM association, you can ask for the information to be modified or rectified. You can also oppose their exchange or transfer.
